Improve language supports in "DXPR CMS"

Why are we doing this work

We should add the next improvements to dxpr_cms:

• Ensure the option to enable multilingual recipe and languages selection are available in dxpr_cms installation wizard. It should work the same as dxpr_marketing_cms installation wizard where you can select multiple languages during installation;
• Replace the "TMGMT Google Cloud" module with "AI Translation Management";
• Add this patch to dxpr_cms: https://www.drupal.org/project/tmgmt/issues/3198609;
• In the installer, ensure that ai_provider_dxpr module is used for translation if multilingual is enabled;
