Hi,

It seems that your compiler version lower than the required one. So, please make sure that GCC supports C++23.

You can just use the command gcc --version to check it.

Please compile okec on a Linux system using a GCC compiler version 13.1 or higher. Okec has not been tested on macOS, and I suspect that some features of NS-3 are not supported on this system.

Hello, could you please provide the toolchains you used to compile this project, including the GCC version, OS, libraries, etc.?

The Ubuntu version I'm using is 24.04, the gcc version is 13.3, and the nlohmann_json library was directly downloaded from GitHub because the version (13) provided by Ubuntu 24.04 isn't supported.Below is a screenshot of the error.

It's a pretty strange issue... You could try adding #include <cstring> before line 4 in the cloud_edge_end_default_decision_engine.h file and see if that helps.

The NS-3 should be installed in the system's standard directory, or you need to specify the compiled NS-3 directory manually when you compile OKEC. That is to say, you are not specifying the correct compiled NS-3 directory. I suggest using the first method to compile OKEC, as it will help you avoid many errors.
