[Bug] HSTR wiped (truncated) my .bash_history

I had over 200k command history, and I ran

hstr --show-bash-configuration >> ~/.bashrc

My lazy ass did not see the appended config. It truncated the entire history file to 10k

@awcator I apologize for what happened! This is obviously a very destructive and stupid bug.

The reason why HSTR manipulates HISTFILESIZE is that it aims to make it bigger for the typical user (default is 500 AFAIK).

To start with - the fix will check HISTFILESIZE and will set it only if it is not set / not set to higher number. Would you have any other suggestions?
