Critical values of Chi^2 in estimating variances #4

Description

@JonaLampi

I am not sure if I overlook the same thing over and over again, but something seems inconsistent in the lecture notes with the stats table handed out. In proposition 3.8 the order the critical values are used is the exact opposite of how they are displayed in the Chi^2 table. The alpha/2 value is in fact the lower value which makes it the one to use for the upper bound on the CI, while the 1-alpha/2 is the higher value which makes it the one to use for the lower bound.

Further there is a typo on the Chi^2_{.025,30} in example 3.8 and also in the first line where it should state 95% CI instead of 95 CI.
