pawchive, a migration from Kemono

pawchive.st is a copy or migration of kemono.cr. The kemono parser should work on pawchive as is, or with minor adjustments.

Pawchive parser was added here: #2734.
While Pawchive is similar to Kemono, it is a separate site with different owners and maintainers, not a direct migration, and the Kemono parser did not work unchanged. Site-specific adjustments were needed for the response structure and image attachment handling.
