PS5 FW 4.50 – Console does not fully shut down after payload injection (white LED keeps blinking)

Hi,
I'm currently using firmware 4.50 and loading the payload through elfloader. Everything works correctly overall mounting etc.
However, I’m experiencing an issue when shutting down the console: if the payload has been injected, the PS5 does not power off properly. The white LED keeps blinking and the console never fully shuts down.

You can try stopping and deleting FFPKG. I had the same problem with version 4.03, and it worked fine after stopping FFPKG. exFAT also worked normally.

I tried stopping and deleting FFPKG as you suggested, and I can confirm that it actually fixes the issue. After stopping FFPKG, the console shuts down properly and the white LED no longer keeps blinking.

I also tested with exFAT, and everything seems to be working correctly there as well.

I'm having a similar issue with .exfat images on 4.50. Everything works fine, but the system won't enter rest mode, reboot, or shutdown. I've tried both the md and lvd backends. It just flashes white for a while, then flashes blue and turns off and requires pressing the power button twice and going through the improper shutdown FS check. I also checked debug.log.1 after a reset and it didn't show anything out of the ordinary.
