Figure out how to start vnc automatically

Today, I put a script in ~/vnc.sh (either ubuntu or dperiquet user); just run that and vnc will be up.

But I wish it could startup on its own.

systemd does not look like a viable option. I tried to install the gnome desktop for ubuntu 18 which relied on systemd and that didn't work. So I don't expect it to work with vncserver.
