I know that the outputs of the recycling facility depends on the source of the recyclables and the recycling efficiency.
I propose that different recycling facilities of various efficiency (35%, 55%, 70%, 80% and 90%) be added, and that recyclables be treated as different materials based on their source. This would require adding consumers for everything that can be recycled (the only missing ones are household goods, household appliances, consumer electronics and the three tiers of medical equipment).
