Implement the listing option for the assembler.

The listing option should include an output of the assembly source annotated with the addresses and data of instructions.

The source should include the comments.

It should also include:

• Start address
• Segment table
• Symbol table

This is already partially implemented, it shows the start address and symbol table as well as the machine code for the instructions.

The things still left to do is:

• Segment table
• Accuracy of source lines. Comments are normally missing and formatting.
