Illusionist spell and then question about shops in database

Illusionist spell joy of pain and bone break is not working on my server I know 
if when I was executing files if something got messed up but they both do not 
work and then I was wondering if any one knows how to change it so a npc takes 
an item not adena I been working on this for awhile but havent been able to 
figure it out thanks.
