Very interesting use case. I don't think I'll support this feature as I don't see it being used very often, but adding this will increase the complexity a lot. Perhaps you can use tasks to track components, and use project / label to track the containing product? And for assigning to department, assignee / label probably works best. |

I like the idea of adding labels to subtasks, especially for GTD methodology where I can tag my "next action" and "waiting" to specific subtasks. Please consider adding this feature. |

I would really like labels on subtasks. I am going to be using TaskTrove for LLM integration with multi-agent workflows, so being able to label each task as to the type of agent responsible is a big feature for me. A main task would be for the "team" to work on, broken down into implementation items. Any in-progress work can cause bugs that need resolving immediately, so they would also go in as sub-tasks. I would like to be able to label these also. |

Hello, would it be possible to add the option of assigning labels to subtasks?
Although I primarily want to use TaskTrove with my family, today we discussed the possibility of implementing a simple system for securing and tracking replacements in production. We are considering trying TaskTrove, where we would definitely welcome this option.
Example: a product consists of 3-5 components, and each component is prepared in a different department. If each component had a label assigned to it, the departments could filter the products for which they need to secure components.
Thanks.
