Feature Request: Gitea support for PRs & Issues

Just like we have GitHub & GitLab for context, being able to use contexts from Gitea, as well as potentially see CI status would be quite useful for selfhosted/hosted Gitea projects.

Giteas API is quite mature, though it's not of course as detailed as GH/GL. Optionally, there's tea but it does not include every possible route yet, but PR/Issues are included.

If this is something that can be approved, I do not mind working a PR for it.

of course! this shouldn't be hard but quite a bit of work to do, we have a generic git provider abstraction called forge, just implement all the methods there, If something isn’t supported, an error or a silent downgrade should be acceptable. also you need to update the onboarding accounts section and the connect CTA in the top right header.

For some information, I have worked on the feature a bit. I attempted to initially try my best tackling it manually, but I've been getting some problems with forge, so I had a clanker at it. Hopefully I can have at least a draft PR soon once
