Reminder to update github issues

@jrubenoff: I'd like a reminder every weekday morning (in my time zone) to update what I'm working on. Ideally this would keep me honest.

We have the ability to schedule cron-like jobs with Hubot (say help schedule), but it doesn't seem to work properly with DMs. :'(
