Loading code via transcript does not update the browser

Doing a FileStream fileIn: 'Code.st' does not re-load the browser, only reconnecting shampoo is helping.

Hello Holger,

Yes, currently Shampoo does not listen for system changes, so in the multiuser environment a user will not see the other's changes. Reloading a list/reopening an item is the only solution.

I know about Gweanel's https://github.com/MrGwen/gst-events, but since Shampoo aims to be portable, I would need a cross-dialect package.

Probably this functionality will be included in 0.0.3 or so.
