Can I publish this as pyjsonata?

Hi, some months ago I tried to email you regarding updating pyjsonata to use this. Didn't get a response, and since there is no license specified, I can't do it without your permission.

I'm still interested collaborating since there seems to be significant value in a python wrapper for jsonata, and since the jsonata maintainers are uninterested and we have wrappers already written I think it makes sense to publish them on a best effort basis.

Sorry for the late reply. Please feel free to fork the project, and to ask any questions you need answered. I tried to get the JSONata folks to take over the project because I thought could just put it into their pipeline in order to release a new version with every version of JSOnata, but they weren't interested.Then a while back I got the first of two pull requests that I couldn't handle because as it turned out an issue with having switched to anaconda python for my build environment, and a change to await in the API of JSONata that I am still not sure why it's not working. I wish I had more time to work on the project and figure out how to make it not break wth the 2.0 versions, but for now I've pinned everything to JSONata 1.8.6 just to get things working again and to be able to merge the old merge requests. If you have any time on your hands to work on this, feel free to take over what I've done so far and make the project yours.
