Version 1.41.0 has no GitHub release

Bug Description

Tag v1.41.0 has no corresponding GitHub release which makes it look like 1.40.0 is the latest version at a first glance.

How to reproduce?

• Go to https://github.com/dlang/dub/releases.
• Alternatively, go to https://github.com/dlang/dub and look at the container aside.

Expected Behavior

There’s a “release” for v1.41.0 on GitHub.
Ideally, one with pre-built binaries.

Alternatively, delete all published releases, in case the publication were discontinued. This way, GitHub should show a link to the tag overview instead of an outdated release.
