Hi, thanks for the great work! I want to try deloying 3d-llava for some 3d scene understanding task on my server. However, due to the policy, I can't use the docker image you provided. I have some conda environments with point_ops installed. Could you please kindly release other packages required to run the project?

I suggest first running the Docker image on a machine that meets the requirements to ensure everything works as expected. Once it's up and running, you can check and verify the Conda environment inside the container.

Alternatively, you may consider setting up the environment manually. Start by installing the LLaVA environment with transformers==4.37.2, following the instructions here: https://github.com/haotian-liu/LLaVA. After that, build the packages under the libs directory by referring to the setup guide in PonderV2: https://github.com/OpenGVLab/PonderV2.

Thanks for the timely reply. I do have a server that could run the docker image, but the machine is with limited GPU resources, so I can't deploy llava3d on it (assumed). I will try to verify the conda environment inside and manually add the core requirement later.
