Phase 5 of #65. Create tests/test_log_lib.py (~30 tests). Update tests/test_output.py for THAC0 semantics. Version bump 0.8.2 to 0.8.3.

What was done

New test file: tests/test_log_lib.py — 33 tests covering:

TestValsChannel	4	Match without vals, with vals, JSON format, chained comparison

Version bump: 0.8.2 → 0.8.3

Final test results

893 passed, 0 failures, 7 skipped, 2 warnings.

Breakdown:

• 29 existing test_output.py (backward compat)
• 33 new test_log_lib.py (THAC0 system)
• 831 existing tests across other suites (all unaffected)
