plugin support in Dillo?

Is there any work on adding some plugin support (dlopen & dlsym based) in the Dillo web browser on Linux?

I don't understand what are the current plugin possibilities of dillo.org (I just git clone dillo) dillo --version says Dillo version 3.0.5 but dillo --help don't mention directly any plugin related options. The source tree has no occurrence of dlopen

The usecase I have in mind is related to github.com/RefPerSys -an inference engine project which wants to be able to show nice HTML4 (without JavaScript) generated output.

My restricted definition of plugins with open source software for Linux is something doing dlopen.
