Adding a new child in the XML tree

Hello,

Is it possible to add a new child in the XML tree? I need to add <UltmtCdtr>.

Normally in pain.008.001.02 The UltimateCreditor (UltmtCdtr) field is mandatory and it seems in php-sepa-xml it is missing :)
