Fix TTS player covering the bottom nav

Describe the Bug

Currently the TTS player is not above the bottom nav like web.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Integreat on native.
2. Open any page.
3. Toggle the tts from the side menu.
4. The tts player is covering the bottom nav.

Expected Behavior

The tts player should be above the bottom nav.

• Device/Browser: Android
• OS version: API 36.1
• App version: Main
