Use appointment only without warning icon

Describe the Problem

Currently we set appointment only icon for working hours additionally if it is set to it. Instead there should be only appointment only without being an additional info icon for it.

Describe Your Preferred Solution

Set appointment only instead of closed if it has appointment only
