Document analysis work

Across multiple pieces of analysis, so far the results are either sitting within the Github tickets on the Collecting & Managing board, or within the jupyter-analysis repository.

We would like to start seeing the documentation of analysis work within the tech docs, so it is centralised. This may involve creating a new section for analysis - this should be checked with Owen first.

The pieces of analysis that could be documented are:

• Analyse partial match CA geometries config#2021
• Analysis of duplicate geometries for A4DA,LBO,TPZ and Tree data config#2538
• Barnet data issues config#2461
  • Investigate the simplification of geometries config#2497 although this is already in the tech docs here and here
• Identity duplicate entities for non-spatial datasets config#2539
