Background
PSD has voiced that the service name should echo the primary verb used in legislation. As there is currently a wider piece of content work ongoing that is service wide, it seems like the time to make the update. Discussed with Steve and agreed to go ahead with renaming the service.
Approach
This work will require a multi-team approach including providers, infrastructure, community engagement and data management. We will also need to ensure the change is communicated internally. The work for this has been defined here.
Pieces of work/content changes may be completed however not pulled to live until there is alignment in readiness (such as content changes and URL redirects in place) to reduce any potential confusion to users.
