Application templates specify an 'Unknown' option for 'needs-waste-storage-area' and 'separate-recycling-arrangements' that is specific to the 'Outline planning permission with some matters reserved' type. #178

Not all applications for planning permission require waste disposal arrangements, therefore this question is not easy to answer. Unknown or no could be ticked, but 'to remain as existing' might be a better option
