• Full Planning Permission (ref: full)
• Outline Planning (ref: outline)
• Development relating to the onshore extraction of oil and gas (ref: extraction-oil-gas)

Foul sewage may not need a new arrangement foul-sewage-disposal-types should be a may, or "as existing-no additional foul sewage will arise".

• Application for outline planning permission with some matters reserved
• Application for planning permission and for relevant demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area
• Application for planning permission and listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

• Planning application for development relating to the onshore extraction of oil and gas
