Declarative model fields missing specified codelists?

Some of the fields in the fields folder of the declarative model seem to have their "codelist: " key set to a value that does not exist in the codelists folder.
Are they currently missing from the specification or are they defined elsewhere?

The "missing" codelists are:

planning-requirement
non-residential-measurement-type
use-class

The use-class codelist has been added, for details see issue #331

I've added

• application-subtype
• planning-requirement

and non-residential-measurement-type is there. Is there a separate issue with this codelist?

Thanks for adding the subtype and planning requirement codelists.

The non-residential-measurement-type codelist was included in error.
This was due to a separate issue where the non-residential-measurement-type field referenced the 'non-res-measurement-type' codelist which we could not find, however this was fixed in commit 0e915d1
