This is needed to "inform site visit approach"

There is no Site Visit section in the forms covering applications types:

• Permission in Principle
• Consent under TPO
• Prior Approval

if application-types is empty then field must be included for all application types

Why is the name of the applicant or agent a must if identified as the type? their name will be on the applicant/agent details
