Tenure type codelist

A list of tenures (name tbc) is needed in:

• Residential units
• residential information - ldc

To support these we need to generate tenure type codelist.

The tenures used in the residential information section are:

Reference	Name	Description
market-housing	Market Housing	Private housing for sale or rent.
social-rented	Social Rented Housing	Public/social housing at below-market rents.
intermediate-housing	Intermediate Housing	Housing with rents or ownership costs between social housing and market housing.
key-worker-housing	Key Worker Housing	Housing for essential workers (e.g. teachers, NHS staff).

hiya, wonder why social rented, intermediate and key worker housing have only ldc as app type? I believe that all those 3 types of tenure can be proposed in a full and outline submission.

We've just taken the tenure types from the forms (using that as our starting point)

So from the Full app

And from the LDC app

But should they be the same across all applications?

Admittedly, looking at this again we could assume "Social, Affordable or Intermediate Rent" is the same as "Social rented housing"?
