Background
When assigning entities for a flagged resource, after completing the assignment I click "Assign More Entities" to continue processing additional resources from the same CSV.
Current behaviour
Clicking "Assign More Entities" takes me back to a page where I have to upload the CSV again.
This means the same CSV has to be uploaded repeatedly when processing multiple resources, making the workflow slow and repetitive.
Expected behaviour
Clicking "Assign More Entities" should return the Assign Entities – Flagged Resources page while retaining the uploaded CSV/session.
Users should be able to continue assigning entities for the remaining flagged resources without having to upload the CSV again.
Additional enhancement
Within the same session, resources that have already been processed should be clearly marked (for example, with a tick, "Completed" status, or greyed out) so users can easily see:
Which resources have already been assigned.
Which resources are still outstanding.
Avoid accidentally processing the same resource more than once.
Benefits

Gives users visibility of progress within the current session.
