For retire endpoint section, it will be helpful to bring few extra fields
endpoint-url, entry-date, latest-status, latest-log-entry-date, days_since_200 order by entry-date desc, presented as a table
consider about the option of unretiring endpoints
This is particularly helpful while adding BFL and DC data where we have multiple active endpoints
Do not allow users to retire the endpoint being added, if it's already in the endpoint CSV.
