Link up the current batch assign button to go to a form where the dataset, resource is entered that had problems in the GHA batch assign.
This should run a function from digital land python --> batch assign by resource
This will then show what has been transformed, entities created and all issues flagged.
At this point there should be a "Add Button", "Dedup Button", etc depending on the issues flagged.
