[Bug]: Ollama Cloud doesn't reload new available models automoatically (nor there is a way to do that manually)

Summary

I am using Ollama Cloud provider for some time and now the MiniMax M3 has been added. All the other tools I use are able to fetch this new model, but the list in OpenWork stays outdated until I reconnect the provider.

To Reproduce

1. Have an active and connected Ollama Cloud provider connected for some time
2. Ollama Cloud has new models available
3. Try to see if the new model is in the list (restarts do not help; the only way is to reconnect)

Expected behavior

Every time the app is opened, it should fetch the the list of available models from all providers, including Ollama Cloud.

Actual behavior

It sticks wit the original list of models created when the provider was connected the first time.
