[Bug]: Unable to exit from Browser

Summary

After the agent starts a browser, there is no way to exit from the browser screen and go back to the workspace.

Sometimes if the browser tab is open, browser will launch on the side tab, which can then be closed.

To Reproduce

1. launch new session
2. start a task that requires browser, e.g. "look for the price of used bicycles on craigslist in sf bay area"
3. browser opens and agent is working
4. cannot go back to the workspace page unless close the app and starting again

Expected behavior

expect the browser to always launch in the side bar.

Actual behavior

browser launches and takes over the whole screen without any way to close it.
