Request for cell-type metadata / clustering & annotation code for Spatial ARP-seq

Hello,

Thank you for making the Spatial ARP-seq dataset available on GEO. I’m interested in assessing expression of specific genes in a cell-type resolved manner across time-points. However, I wasn’t able to locate the cell-type/cluster metadata in the repository, GEO files, or the supplementary materials.

Would you please be able to make the metadata file available? Alternatively, the code/workflow used to reproduce the clustering and annotation analysis from the deposited files would also be helpful.
