Hi Derflacco!
First of, thanks for giving the opportunity to give feedback here!
Love how fast you are making changes and trying new things.
My usage mostly consists of streaming the Gamecube/Wii emulator Dolphin from my pc to my Nvidia Shield Pro connected to my TV (TCL 98c955)
I used countless of hours troubleshooting stuttering and framepacing until I realized the 60 fps games actually run at 59.94 fps/hz and when setting my Shield to 59.94 hz the stuttering was finally gone. (used Moonlight android and Artemis in the past)
When using your version 6.2 i can choose "Balanced with FPS limit" or
"Prefer smoothest video (may significantly increase latency)", set custom refresh rate to 59.94 and the Shield correctly shows 59.94 hz in the display settings, and the games immediately feels "right"
All the other options on 6.2, Balanced, Prefer lowest latency, GPU RAW, warp etc will make the screen go black for half a second when connecting, and then when I check display settings on the shield its back to 60 hz.
From your 6.3 version and newer (think I have tried all of them) none of the frame pacing options work in 59.94, all reverts to 60 hz
Would it be possible to do something with this?
I could of course just use version 6.2 or other forks that works but I really like many of the features you have introduced and keep introducing
Anyways many thanks for further developing moonlight/artemis! :)
