Alt+Tabbing makes the game freeze frame

sometimes while Alt+Tabbing from Minecraft and back again makes the game freeze frame and never updates, it just gets stuck and never updates, only closing and re-opening the game fixes the issue.
Edit, bug happens on 4.5.0+26.2-fabric

I was unable to reproduce this. If anyone encounters this, please do the following to generate a thread dump (note: you'll need a JDK installation to do this.)

• Find the PID of Minecraft, e.g. using the task manager
• Run this command: jstack -F -m [PID] > thread_dump.txt
  • Replace [PID] with the PID of the Minecraft process
• Share the generated thread_dump.txt

I believe you can find that in the logs but yeah, it's an RTX 3060 12GB

Reproduced in fullscreen mode. Fixed in 4.5.2.
