For CBS (European part and BES part) there exists a Python package to pull data tables programmatically (using https://pypi.org/project/cbsodata/).
It would be nice to integrate this into this package, to easily pull and visualize data tables in map form if the underlying data is retrievable on a island/province/municipality level, with some conversion tools for aligning the BES data with the EU data.
