installation broken

1. Suggested installation via install_github(username="ddsbook", repo="ripal") is deprecated - the correct form is install_github("ddsbook/ripal")
2. Installation fails with cryptic error about function (type, msg, asError = TRUE) : not set
3. It seems like a good idea to make ripal available via standard CRAN function install.packages("ripal") - this would at the very least make installation troubleshooting much easier. As things are now, user unsure whether it's install_github or ripal itself to blame for failed install.

Ok, I see point 1 is fixed now but more important points 2 and 3 are not. Any updates on that?
