Tooling for importing texts

Before importing texts from Project Gutenburg (for example), it'd be nice to review them and optionally reject unwanted texts. Also maybe mark the start/end point of the main text to be imported.

Also build/edit a list of texts to be imported. E.g. gutenburg-105, gutenburg-108 etc. Then move these from 'to-import' to 'imported' automatically.
