feature: add Mac support

i figure this one is longer term but would be nice to see if macOS support could be managed at some point. so far the blocker seems to be tensorrt which has no MacOS equivalent or port since it's entirely CUDA based.

I think I remember @ryanontheinside mentioning that tensorrt is not technically required and you can also torch compile - I haven't tested this myself, though
