"cosmetic" and "workflow" issue tags

Since Scroll is very workflow-oriented, being able to tag an issue as workflow or cosmetic-related might help organize some things. For example cosmetic issues would have a slightly lower priority than workflow issues.

Maybe it's not necessary since this project doesn't have a large userbase and there aren't that many issues

Feel free to tag issues however you want.

My priority is always to work on bugs that cause crashes first, then logical bugs that affect functionality, and last, issues that are not clear improvements to me, but I can see some people would appreciate, or cover some specific workflow possibility.

There have been issues lately that haven't allowed me to work on "bigger" new features. Hopefully, that will stabilize and we can get some new more exciting things in the near future.
