The following process (which is a consequence of #103 ) causes some grade calculations to become wrong/not get updated.
- Create a checklist which is synced to modules in a section. - Takes a long time (large course), but that is a separate issue.
- Change checklist mode to manual. - Existing tasks remain linked to modules, which is good.
- Delete unwanted task elements.
At this point, the grades of students who do not have any completed tasks left are frozen, and are not updated. They should be set to 0, or cleared.
Changing the max grade of the checklist module does not help, and these grades still appear in the database with the wrong max grade (and wrong actual grade). In the gradebook, these grades seem to be scaled to the correct range, though the correct value should be 0.
