Reset scroll on destination routes?

It probably makes more sense to be able to reset scroll on the destination route, rather than on the route that is exiting. The willTransition hook won't be of much help then. Need to investigate what the right hook would be ...

I'd suggest using the didTransition hook instead. willTransition is a bit weird for this. If the transition is aborted, you still scroll the page
