Why would the AI choosing a color make the game unfair?

Hi, what I meant by that is that it would be unfair for the AI if a human could pick a colour but the AI is limited to a random choice. However, this limitation mainly exists because it is much simpler implementation-wise if the AI can't pick a colour.
I guess I would have had to add another model to predict which colour would be best in the next turn, which would require extensive amounts of training (because the wild card and draw 4 card don't come up that often).
Another option would have been to just let the model predict the next move and then use the colour it would play in the next move as the color it picks. The downside here would be that this is not actually the AI's turn so choosing the color with that method would somehow limit the model and it could happen that the models wants to play a card that has no color in the next move (wild card or draw 4). This would lead to the same problem again.
