Include a file with start address and auto-create segment

This is useful when adding a .sid which already has its load address as part of the file format.

It would be nice if binary data can be loaded into a .const, and some kind of Rust-style slice syntax can be used to access the data within.

For instance, to load a .sid file:

.const MY_SID = file("music.sid")

* = MY_SID[0..2]
.data MY_SID[2..]

Alternative would be to do something like .struct foo { ...labels and .byte/word/fill... } followed by .file "music.sid" as foo
