Description
AnnualFinancialReport and Aarsregnskap (etc) retrieval should now use: Kopi av årsregnskap instead of ordering from products and services.
Check for (orgnr)/aar first to see what is avaiable and generate the links to as many of the requested years as possible and populate the response
Also remove the "...Open" datasets from metadata and their function endpoints, they are no longer needed.
