RPCortex — Website & Web Installer Concept

The idea: a proper home for everything RPCortex. A website with a landing page covering features, supported
hardware, real screenshots of the OS in action, a command reference, and step-by-step install instructions.
Alongside that, dedicated pages for full documentation, package development, and quick links to the issue tracker,
release notes, and GitHub — plus a Discord server for the community.

The more ambitious piece: a browser-based installer using the Web Serial API. Instead of manually flashing
MicroPython and copying files through Thonny, you'd open the installer in Chrome, pick a connected device, select
which RPCortex release to install, and have it write the OS files directly to the board's filesystem — no desktop
software required.

The approach is similar to how Thonny communicates with MicroPython devices internally: establish a serial
connection to the REPL, then use it to create files and execute code on the device. Web Serial gives browsers the
same raw serial access. From there it's a matter of talking to the MicroPython REPL over that connection,
transferring each file (likely by encoding content and writing it through exec() calls), and confirming the install
when done.

It should be entirely feasible — the protocol is well-documented, Web Serial is supported in Chromium-based
browsers, and MicroPython's REPL is predictable enough to script against. The main challenges will be file transfer
speed over serial and handling the REPL's echo behavior cleanly
