Description

The command subcommand of wpaperctl, set does not exist. It is mentioned in
the readme here

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to run wpaperctl set
2. Observe the error

Expected behavior

wpapaerctl set <image> would set my wallpaper to the specified image.
