Service Registry

Maybe add a Service Registry to the mix with the location and port configs. Maybe that is also possible with the ConfigModule.

This was part of the original idea, using async module loaders so you could manage your configuration somewhere else and the service would fetch it and use it to set itself up. That would be really fun to have.
